The Team .......The Ministers, followed by the BCA workers

Rev Gary & Nikki Alexander

Gary & Nikki are Bush Church Aid Field Staff. Gary is the Senior Minister and started in Kununurra in early 2009. Previously Gary was the assistant minister at the Anglican Cathedral in Geraldton WA.

Before finishing their bible college training at Sydney Missionary & Bible College (SMBC) Gary and Nikki both had varied backgrounds from working in the bus industry, running a restaurant to accounting and administration. They come to us excited about teaching the good news of Jesus Christ from the bible.

Gary & Nikki are both passionate about our responsibility as a church for mission, both in our local community as well caring, providing and sending people for world mission.

Lamentations 3:22-23 "Because of the LORD's great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."




Rev Andrew & Cindy Hadfield

Andrew and his family moved to Kununurra in January 2010, with Andrew taking up the position as Assistant Minister. Andrew's ministry is particularly focused on the Indigenous people in Kununurra, Wyndham and Oombulgurri. After finishing study at Sydney Missionary and Bible College (SMBC) Andrew and Cindy spent time living and ministering in an Indigenous Community in the Northern Teriitory. Andrew was a Chef and Baker, along with Cindy before entering full time ministry.







Jim & Nat Watson + Family

Jim and Natalie are self-funded BCA Co-workers. Jim is a Carpenter and works at TAFE WA. Natalie is an Occupational Therapist & now a full time mum. They are blessed with four kids: Jesse, Matthew, Luke and Isabelle . In 2003 Natalie completed a Graduate Diploma in Bible & Mission at Sydney Missionary & Bible College. Jim is helping Andrew with Indigenous ministry through pastoral care, mentoring and training.

Natalie is involved in ministries with young Mum's and their children. Between them they organize our BCA Nomads program.




Glendon & Cathy McKay

Glendon & Cathy are BCA Co-Workers in our Parish. Glendon and Cathy have intentionally moved from Armidale in NSW to support the ministry at St James.

Glendon completed his Bible college training at Sydney Missionary & Bible College (SMBC) and is a qualified Carpenter. Cathy Studied Nursing and is working at Kununurra Hospital.

The role of BCA Co-Worker varies from person to person, however both Glendon and Cathy come with good training and experience and we look forward to their valuable contribution to ministry at St James.
